- Check the spam, junk and promotions folders, and search for mail sent from hidsim.com.
- Wait for the 2-minute countdown, then request a new code. Requests sent too quickly are blocked for a short while.
- If mail does arrive but you have lost your password, use Sign In With Email Link instead.
