HidSim shows numbers in international format: a +, the country calling code, then the number itself, without the leading 0 that many countries add when dialling inside the country. For example, an Israeli mobile number shows as +972 followed by 9 digits, while the same number written locally starts with 05 and has 10 digits: nothing is missing. When the app or site you are signing up to has a separate country-code field, choose the country there and enter only the digits after the code. The copy button next to the number copies it with the country code but without the +, so remove the country code after pasting into such a field. If the form asks for the number in local format, write it the way people in that country dial it, which in many countries means adding a 0 in front.
