Registration alone does not earn a reward. A friend who signs up with an email address after opening your invite link, in the same browser, appears as Joined under Invited on your mission's page: open the Referral page and tap your mission. Each time that friend buys a number that receives a code while your mission is running, you earn a percentage of the coins they paid for that number; a program can limit how many rewards you can claim. The reward then waits on your mission's page until you press Claim … Coins, which adds the coins to your balance. Numbers your friend refunds, or that receive no code, do not earn a reward.
