No. Each HidSim number is a one-time activation: when your order ends the number is released, and it cannot be renewed or bought again later. A new order always gets whichever number is available at that moment. So protect the account right after you sign up, while you are still logged in:
- WhatsApp: turn on two-step verification and add an email address in Settings → Account.
- Telegram: set a password with a recovery email in Settings → Privacy and Security → Two-Step Verification, and log in on a second device.
- Other services: add an email address or another recovery method, and do not log out.
