How to Create a Telegram Account with a Virtual Number

Telegram

Important Note: If you properly and correctly create a Telegram account using a virtual number, you can easily set up your account while minimizing potential restrictions. Most of the issues users face occur due to improper setup.

Steps to Create a Telegram Account with a Virtual Number:

  • 1. Turn off your phone's location services.
  • 2. Use the Telegram mobile app for your first login. After the initial login, you can transfer your account to a computer.
  • 3. Install the official Telegram app on your mobile device.
  • 4. Go to the "Telegram Numbers" section on HidSim, choose a number, and click the "Get Number" button. (Try to select numbers at the top of the list, as they have a higher success rate for receiving the verification code.)
  • 5. Enable your VPN and select the country from which you purchased the number. For example, if you obtained a U.S. number, set your VPN to the U.S. (Do not use Telegram's built-in proxy.)
  • 6. Before trying to receive otp; verify the number using https://t.me/{number}. If a Telegram account already exists on that number, it may have 2FA enabled. Skip it and try another number.
  • 7. Enter the number you received from the website carefully into Telegram and wait for the verification code. (Only press the "Request Code" button once. If you do not receive the code, cancel and try another number.)
  • 8. Avoid creating multiple accounts in the same Telegram app. Use only one number per Telegram app instance.

How to Resolve the "Number Already in Use" Issue

After entering the number and receiving the code, you may see the "Two-Step Verification" screen. In this case, do not close the page. Click on Forget Password. On the next screen, you will see the number you selected. Take a screenshot of this page and send it to us. If the issue persists, you will receive a full refund and can select another number.

Necessary Steps After Creating a Telegram Account with a Virtual Number:

To avoid being blocked by Telegram or facing other potential issues, immediately after logging into your account, perform the following actions:

  • • Use a unique name (Avoid generic names like "Telegram," "Test," or random numbers).
  • • Set a username (ID).
  • • Add a profile picture.
  • • Fill in the biography section.
  • • Enable Two-Step Verification for security.

FAQ

How long should I wait for the verification code?
Please note that some versions of Telegram send the code after 2 minutes, but typically, the code is sent within 2-3 minutes. If you do not receive the code, cancel the number and try another one.
How can I secure my account?
To keep your account secure and ensure you do not lose access to the number, set up one or more additional Telegram accounts using the same number on a computer or another phone. This way, if there is an issue with one Telegram instance, you can still access the number elsewhere. Keep in mind that the Telegram login SMS on the HidSim panel can only be received once for regular numbers.
Are the numbers exclusive (private)?
HidSim has been striving for years to provide exclusive numbers for users. However, in rare cases, some numbers may have been previously used and assigned to another person by the foreign telecom operator. To verify if the number is new, you can save it in your personal Telegram contacts before entering it in Telegram to see if an account is already associated with it. Alternatively, after entering the number and reaching the code request step, Telegram may notify you if the number has been previously registered on another account. If the number is not new, it will not affect the usability of your account. However, if you are not satisfied, take a screenshot and send it to our support team. The amount will be refunded to your panel, allowing you to get a different number.
How can I transfer my number to another Telegram account?
After setting up your Telegram account, you can transfer the number to another Telegram instance by entering the number in the new Telegram and entering the code that is sent to your main Telegram. It is recommended to use non-reported (starred) numbers to reduce the risk of being blocked.
