When a number receives no code, the coins you paid for it come back to your HidSim balance: at once when you press Refund, or automatically when the number expires (together with the 10% search fee of a multi-country automatic order). For money back to the original payment method:
- Coins bought in the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google, not by HidSim: request it from the store (for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com). When the store refunds a purchase, the coins from that purchase are removed from your balance.
- For a card, crypto or Telegram Stars top-up, open a support ticket or email [email protected] with the amount, the date and the payment method. Our team reviews each request under the refund procedure in our Terms and Conditions.
